To expedite identification, claimants should give the full English and Indian names, if possible, of their paternal and maternal ancestors back to 1835:  The first  Ned Sizemore a cherokee indian left Ash Co N.C. and settled in Eastern part of Georgia between 1828 & 1836. George Sizemore the son of first Ned Sizemore settled in Logan Co in 1836 known now as Wyoming Co WVa.

Personally appeared before me  George Kyle   and   James Love  , who being duly sworn, on oath depose and say that they are well acquainted with   James Owen Sizemore   who makes the foregoing application and statement, and have known   him   for   4   years and   7   years, respectively and know   him   to be the identical person   he   represents   himself   to be, and that the statements made by   him   are true, to the best of their knowledge and beliefs, and they have no interest whatever in   this   claim.
